CLOTHING & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Enclosed shoes are required.

• Protective coveralls and required safety equipment are provided for SmashLAB and must be worn during the smashing session.

• Our protective coveralls have limited sizing. If you’re concerned about fit, please bring a long-sleeve top and long pants to wear as an alternative.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions for Mini Karts, SmashLAB and Laser Tag.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

One week before your party, we’ll confirm your final numbers and collect the remaining balance.

REFUND POLICY

Bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or credited for non-attendance unless Refund Protection is purchased at checkout.

Your booking reserves capacity that may otherwise have been sold to another customer. If you provide sufficient cancellation notice and we are able to resell any of your reserved places, a gift card will be issued for the value of the places successfully resold. For example, if 4 of 5 cancelled places are resold, a gift card will be issued for the value of those 4 places.

If fewer participants attend than booked, unused places are forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited or transferred towards extras, other activities or services.
